Yes, you can change to a higher or lower plan at any time. You simply need to make the necessary changes in your user profile, directly on JLR.ca. The new rate will be charged automatically on your credit card for the upcoming billing period. If you change to a higher plan, the new features and inclusions will take effect immediately. If you change to a lower plan, the service features will take effect at the end of your monthly billing period.
If you reach the limit of your plan’s included options (for example, 20 property profiles for the Expert plan), a message will appear offering you two choices when ordering the 21st profile: pay a per-use fee or upgrade your plan.
To order JLR services that are not included in your plan (e.g., an automated appraisal), you must purchase JLR Dollars with your credit card (CA$1 = 1 JLR dollar). Upon request, purchased but unspent JLR Dollars can be refunded.
Yes, all you need to do is change to the "À la Carte" plan in your user profile on jlr.ca. With this new plan, you will no longer have monthly fees and will still be able to access JLR as needed. Any ordered document or report will be billed individually as you go. The modifications made will take effect at the end of your monthly billing period. If you wish to close your JLR account permanently, contact customer service.
A subscription is based on a monthly cycle and will renew automatically. The invoice covers a period of one month beginning on the day that the subscription began. For subscriptions beginning on a day that doesn’t repeat systematically (e.g., the 31st of the month or February 29), billing will take place on the last day of each month. Services are billed in advance for the next monthly period. JLR reserves the right to deny the renewal of a subscription for any reason and entirely at its own discretion.

No. When you subscribe, you agree not to share your username or password with anyone. You remain entirely responsible for all consultations billed to your account. You cannot transfer your rights or obligations without JLR’s written consent.
